Questions
Good to know
Does it come with a mattress?
Yes. It comes with the Breathe Easy mattress, so there's nothing extra to buy. It measures 83 × 53 × 3.5 cm and is the only mattress to use in it.
How is this different from the Black Glide Sleeper?
Desert Dune and Moon Dust add Bluetooth, so you can play your own music through the sleeper, and they come with a different mattress, the Breathe Easy mattress. The automatic glide, the 3-in-1 design and the bedside set-up work the same way. The Black Glide Sleeper is still available as its own product.
How long can my baby use it?
From birth to about 6 months, up to a maximum of 9 kg. Stop using it as soon as your baby begins to push up on their hands and knees, or reaches 9 kg, whichever comes first.
Will it fit beside my bed?
For bedside sleeping, your bed needs to be at least 49 cm from the floor to the top of the mattress and no wider than 180 cm, with the bed frame in line with the mattress so the anchor straps can go around the bed base. Set the height so the lowered side is level with or just below the top of your mattress, and make sure there's no more than a 2 cm gap between the sleeper and your bed.
How does the glide work?
The control panel gives you three gentle glide speeds and a timer, so you choose how long it glides. When the sleeper is strapped to your bed, lock the glide with the stoppers on both sides. Release the stoppers before you switch the glide on.
Can I play my own music?
Yes. As well as six built-in melodies, it has Bluetooth, so you can connect and play your own music or sounds.
Does it need power?
Yes, the glide, melodies and Bluetooth run from the power adaptor that comes in the box. Keep the cable outside the sleeper and out of your baby's reach.
Can I use a different mattress or add bedding?
Only use the Breathe Easy mattress that comes with the sleeper, and never add a second mattress. Keep the sleep space clear of pillows, bumpers and toys, and always place your baby on their back to sleep.
Can I take it travelling?
Yes. It comes apart and packs into the included carry bag, so your baby can sleep in the same familiar sleeper away from home. The wheels can be removed too.
What's in the box?
The sleeper frame with its fabric dressing, the Breathe Easy mattress, the storage basket, bed attachment straps, a travel carry bag, the power adaptor and the instruction manual.
What warranty does it have?
Every Love N Care product comes with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
