The flagship story

Prefer it lighter? The Neo, perhaps.

If the Phantom's plush ride is more pram than your boot allows, the Neo delivers the everyday essentials in a lighter, nimbler frame.

Meet the Neo
The considered guide

Chosen once, well.

The Phantom is the pram people stop you to ask about. It's the plush end of the LoveNCare range — larger wheels, deep suspension, and a glide that turns cracked footpaths and gravel park paths into smooth water. If you walk a lot, live where the pavement is honest about its age, or simply want the ride to feel as considered as the nursery, the Phantom family is where you land.

What sets the Phantom apart

Ride quality, mostly. The bigger wheelbase and suspension soak up terrain that makes lighter prams chatter, and the seat sits high — closer to the café table, further from exhaust height. The trade-off is a little more presence in the boot, which is why we always suggest a fold-test against your car before committing. The family here includes the chassis, seats, carry cot options and Phantom-specific accessories, all designed to click together.

Standards, always

Every Phantom is certified to AS/NZS 2088, the Australian and New Zealand standard for prams and strollers — brakes, harness, stability and tether all tested. On a pram this smooth it's easy to forget the basics, so: harness every ride, brake at every stop, tether on every slope.

Phantom, Neo or egg2?

The honest comparison: the Neo is lighter and more compact, the egg2 grows to tandem, the Phantom rides best. See all three side by side in the stroller collection, and outfit whichever you choose from pram accessories — rain covers, liners and organisers that fit properly, because they were chosen to. If your week involves long walks, the Phantom pays for itself in kilometres.
