Delivery priced for your postcode.
A cot, a wardrobe or a whole nursery: delivery is quoted live from our carrier for your postcode and the actual cartons in your order. To Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide metro, Standard delivery is never more than $99, however big the order. You'll see the exact amount in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
Bulky furniture (cots, wardrobes, chests) travels with a two-person carrier. Prefer to skip delivery altogether? Click & collect is free from our Revesby showroom.
Windows are estimates and can vary with courier volumes and your exact postcode — you'll get tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Changed your mind?
Order carefully — change-of-mind refunds or exchanges aren't automatic. We may offer one on a case-by-case basis, provided the item comes back within 14 days of receiving your order, unused and in its original packaging with manuals, tags and accessories intact, and you have your proof of purchase.
Contact us first on 1300 732 599 or info@lovencare.au and we'll give you a Return Authorisation Number and the best way to send the item back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the product arrives back with us. Unless we sent the wrong item, return postage is at your cost — drop-off at our Revesby showroom is always free.
If a product is faulty, you're covered under the warranty and Australian Consumer Law — repair, replacement or refund. Start with two photos via the contact form.
