Entrapment geometry
Every gap, slat spacing and fold mechanism is checked against finger, limb and head entrapment probes — on every colourway.
Finishes & toxicology
Low-VOC paints and lacquers, tested for heavy metals and formaldehyde — because everything ends up in a mouth eventually.
Batch traceability
Certification isn't a one-off. Production batches are audited and re-tested, and every product is traceable to its batch.
